Part Description
LP172634-0 Bacteria producing DNAse
Disease-producing bacteria are known to make more deoxyribonuclease (DNase) than benign microbes. DNase is a exoenzyme excreted from cells that cause the DNA to break now into smaller molecules. Agar medium containing deoxyribonucleic acid are used for detecting deoxyribonuclease-producing bacteria.
