Able to request or review patient chart Abstractor [MSCDM]
Active
Term Description
Identifies whether an abstractor is able to request or review charts for a patient. This flag does not address chart availability. "Yes" indicates there are no contractual or other restrictions between the abstractor and the patient (or sponsor) that would prohibit the abstractor from requesting any chart for patient. This term is based on, but not limited in use to, the chart abstraction flag variable included in the Mini-Sentinel Common Data Model (MSCDM).

Part Description
LP185893-7 Able to request or review patient chart
The chart abstraction flag notes an individual's status to request or review a member chart, but does not address the chart's availability.
