This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the HL7 Implementation Guide for CDA Release 2: Birth and Fetal Death Report, to create a standard for the US Standard for Live Birth and US Standard Report of Fetal Death. This particular request relates to question #18 on the US Standard Report of Fetal Death.
