Description
Neutrophil dysplastic changes/dysgranulopoiesis appear in primary and secondary myelodysplastic syndromes. These changes are characterized by nuclear hypolobulation (pseudo Pelger-Huët) and hypersegmentation, cytoplasmic hypo-/agranularity, giant forms and cytoplasmic-nuclear maturation asynchrony.
