Active
Description
Rho GTPase-activating protein 26, also known as ARHGAP26, GTPase regulator associated with focal adhesion kinase pp125, and GRAF, is encoded by the ARHGAP26 gene. This protein is found in Purkinje cells, and antibodies to the protein are one cause of autoimmune cerebellar ataxia (ACA). ACA is associated with a variety of disorders, including multiple sclerosis and neurologic paraneoplastic disorders. PMID: 20226058 Source: Regenstrief LOINC
