The ANA centrosome pattern, previously called centriole, is associated with systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis, Raynaud's phenomenon, and localized scleroderma. However, it has low predictive value for any specific disorder. This pattern is associated with the antigens pericentrin, ninein, Cep250, and Cep110.
