LOINC 30th Anniversary Celebration

LOINC 30th Anniversary Celebration

LOINC is celebrating 30 years in 2024! The standard has grown by leaps and bounds in the past three decades. LOINC is now used in almost every country in the world to improve health data interoperability. Together we are making an impact on patient health.

On Wednesday, February 14, we hosted a special celebration with several founding members, including Drs. Clem McDonald and Stan Huff, as well numerous supporters and implementors of LOINC. The entire program was recorded and we have made it available here. You may also be interested in separately watching the mini documentary and slideshow which were played as part of the event.

The Health Data Standards unit at Regenstrief Institute would like to thank everyone who participated in and helped produce this remarkable celebration.

Photos from the event are available on the LOINC Community Forum.
